EGL9.2.FS_CEBD Combo Load Process PS Fin Not Loading The Newly Created Product Code From FSCM PeopleSoft Into Campus Solutions The 1st Time Is Run, But Only 2nd Time When It Is Run (Doc ID 2940704.1)

Symptoms

When creating a new product in FSCM and run combination data process (FS_CEBD) , the HR_ACCT_CD_LOAD service is not loading the data for the new product in Campus Solution instance 1st time. The customer is needed to run a 2nd time the process FS_CEBD in order for the new product to arrive in CS instance (record: PS_GL_ACCT_CD_TBL )

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1.Create a new product in FSCM ( Setup Financial>Common Definitions>Define Chartfields>Define Values >Define Chartfield value >Product)

2.Create Combination definition PRODUCT (Setup Financial>Common Definitions>Decide Chartfields>Combination editing>Define CF Combination) for account and product.

3.Create combination rule PRODUCT (Setup Financial>Common Definitions>Define Chartfields>Combination Editing>Combination Rule)

4.Create combination group PRODUCT_G (Setup Financial>Common Definitions>Decide Chartfields>Combination Editing>Combination Group)

5.Attach the combination group to the BU US003 ( Setup Fin>Business Unit Related>General Ledger >Ledger for a unit ) and choose US003.On tab Journal Edit Options , on Ledger group RECORDING, eliminate all the other combination groups and add the newly created combination group PRODUCT_G.

6.Run Build combination data process (Setup Financial>Common Definitions>Decide Chartfields>Combination editing>Build Combination data).

Don’t forget to chose on Process Group Hyperlink the combination group PRODUCT_G.

7.Check on Monitor Asynchrounous Services if the HR_ACCT_CD_LOAD service is done.(Peopletools>Integration Broker>Service Operations Monitoring>Monitoring>Monitor Asynchronous Services) .Service is done

8.Check Review Combination data tbl (Setup Financial>Common Definitions>Define Chartfields>Combination Editing>Review Combination data ). Check for combination group PRODUCT_G and new product PRDT2 and BU=US003.

9.In Campus Instance, after checking the Monitor Asynchrounous services,check the record GL_ACCT_CD_TBL in a query in Query Manger for data . Add condition on new product.No data is found !!!

10.In FSCM, Run again Build Combination data and verify that the service is done in Monitor Asynchronous services.

11.in Campus Instance, after checking that the Service is done, Check again the record PS_GL_ACCT_CD_TBL and notice that the new product is there!!!
