Course Academic Item Component Does Not Allow User to Add Academic Item For Future-dated Course Offering

Symptoms
On : 9.2 version, Curriculum Management
When attempting to add a new Course Academic Item on a course offering that has a future effective date
the future effective dated rows are now displayed to select from.
STEPS
-----------------------
1. Open the course catalog and add a new future dated row for an existing course,
Curriculum Management > Course Catalog > Course Catalog eg: crse 003274 Survey British Lit
Add new crse offer for the Walnut campus starting the next term and save.
2. Open Curriculum Management > Academic Item Registry > Course Academic Item
to create the academic item for the Walnut campus , but note only the original row for the course is returned by the search view.
This makes it impossible to add the new Course Academic Item for the course that will be tough on the new campus in the next term.
