Symptoms
While using Form Design to create a Form that has Prompt Fields, when Clicking on the LookUp Prompt, it returns blank values.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Design a Form and check Business Unit field (Enterprise Components-->Forms-->Design Form Wizard)
2. Choose a value
3. The value is not showed by the BU field
4. Go to Tab Instructions
5. Go back to tab Form
6. Value chosen for Business unit field appears
