Patch 35224124 Delivered Comment Code 407 With Severity Level '1' Instead of '0' and DB Match Use '03' Instead of Blank (Doc ID 2941781.1)

Goal

In 4/2/2023, The Department of Education implemented updates to the 2023 and 2024 ISIR to include new values for the DHS Match Flags and new comment codes associated to DHS that are C codes. These changes have been delivered in Patch 35224124 - UPDATE TO DHS MATCH FLAG VALUES AY2023 AND AY2024.

Since the delivery of the patch, two errors were discovered with comment code 407: the severity level was delivered with a value of '1' when it should be '0'; and the DB Match use field was delivered with a value of '03' when it should be blank.

The purpose of this document is to provide information on the fix for this issue, and a workaround to use until the fix is delivered.
