Symptoms
When attempting to deploy a search definition, the following error occurs:

"Index creation Failed : resource_already_exists_exception (262,2012) PTSF_ES.ESIMPL.AdminService.OnExecute Name:AddIndexSettings PCPC:22736 Statement:289"
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to PeopleTools -> Search Framework -> Administration -> Deploy/Delete Object page.
2. Select PTPORTALREGISTRY and Deploy it to replicate the issue.
