When creating a sourcing event ,Display Total Price checkbox is missing when inserting a new section on Bid Analysis Review Sections page.

Steps to reproduce the issue:
1) Select “Allow Split Analysis Review” on Business unit creation page at Sourcing > Sourcing Administration > Business Unit Creation link.save
2) Create an event from  Sourcing > Create Events > Create Event Details.
3. Add line item, make it public and Add two header bid factors: Amount 50% and Experience 50%.
4. Click “Bid Analysis Review Sections” and enter two sections:
          TECH review section 50% weight. Specific bid factors = EXPERIENCE
          COST review section 50% weight. Specific bid factors= AMOUNT
5) Click "Add " button to insert SEQ#2, the checkbox “Display Total Cost” is missing.
