Symptoms
When attempting to perform Global search, no results are returned and the following error occurs in the PS_CFG_HOME/webserv/<Domain>/applications/peoplesoft/PSIGW.war/WEB-INF/errorLog.html file:

User XXXX not authorized to invoke service operation GETSECURITYVALUES_GET.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Configure Elasticsearch.
2. Try to perform a Global search, it returns no results.
3. Review the errorLog.html file from the path: PS_CFG_HOME/webserv/<Domain>/applications/peoplesoft/PSIGW.war/WEB-INF/errorLog.html
