Symptoms

Application Server log file <PS_CFG_HOME>/appserv/<DOMAIN>/<LOGS>/MONITORSRV_MMDD.LOG reports lots of Error messages, such as below:
PSMONITORSRV.19733 (0) [2023-02-15T16:19:15.438] - - - (1) A JNI error occurred: Update server mbean
PSMONITORSRV.19733 (0) [2023-02-15T16:19:15.438] - - - (1) A JNI error occurred: UpdateTServerMBeans: NewStringUTF
