EAM92: Attachments Made By Manager Are Not Saving To Employee Absence Request OR Admin and Manager no longer able to access attachment button on Manager: Absence approval page and Admin: Create and Maintain Absence Requests Page (Doc ID 2942884.1)

Symptoms

Attachments under Manage Absence are not saving to Employee absence request.

OR 

After applying PUM 45, Admin and Manager are no longer able to access attachments on Absence approval page (Create and Maintain for Admin)

Steps to reproduce the issue:
Navigation: MSS> Team Time > Manage Absences
1. Manager enters request for Jury Duty for Employee.
2. Scroll down and click add attachment then click Upload and Done then click Submit and Yes to Are you Sure Message.
3. Then navigate back to View Requests on left side menu and drill down.
4. Drill Down - Note the event was auto approved, but the attachment was not saved.

OR 

1. Login as Employee, enter an absence event which has an attachment via ESS > Time > Request absence, fill all the required fields and submit the absence with attachment.
2. Now login as Manager, click approvals tile on the MSS home page and accesses event submitted as per above.
3. Manager/admin can see the comments from the attachment page, but there is no attachment section to access the attachment from MSS: Approvals > Approval Page and Admin: Global Payroll and Absence Management > Payee data > Maintain Absences > Create and Maintain Absence Requests Page.

Changes

PUM 45 has been applied.
