Symptoms

By registering the labor proceeding related to an employee, it was noticed that the dependent should not participate, so the dependent was excluded from the labor proceeding page. However, when generating the XML file  for the event S-2500, system generates the tpDep tag containing "99", even with no dependents in the employee laborl proceeding.

Steps to reproduce the issue

1. Navigate to Global Payroll & Absence Mgmt > Payee Data > Garnishments/Court Orders > Assign Labor Proceedings BRA.
Add the Labor Proceedings for an employee.

2. On Dependents Detail section, delete all dependents, if there is any.

3. Navigate to Global Payroll & Absence Mgmt > Absence and Payroll Processing  > Reports > eSocial BRA > eSocial Non-Perioic Event and run  the event S-2500 to generate the XML file.
