"info" graphic and Toggle between Punch and Elapsed on the timesheet page is missing when logged in Screen Reader Mode.

Steps To Replicate:

1. Login as EE with Screen Reader Mode
2. Go to ESS->Time-> Enter Time
3. see Toggle Between Elapsed /Punch and info icon are missing
