Symptoms
After adding two new additional evaluator roles in Performance Management workflow and after creating a document, the new roles are not able to see the documents. Additionally, the steps for these two document evaluators are also not appearing in "Steps and Tasks" pagelet on the left side.
Steps to replicate the issue:
- Login PeopleSoft HCM as Administrator.
- Go to: Template Definition > Evaluations and add two new roles added to the Performance Annual Review document:
- Reviewing Authority
- Accepting Authority
- Logout / login in as Manager and go to: Team Performance > Current Documents.
- Review the Document
- Notice there are no steps for the two newly added roles in left panel Performance Process document.
- Go to: Complete Manager Evaluation > Update and Submit.
- None of the included roles-related employees can view this assignment.
