Will the Budget Equation Process Assign an Item with a 0 Amount, prior to Running the Budget Move Process? (Doc ID 2943394.1)

When using the Budget Formula to assign both budget item codes and amounts, if the appropriate budget item code is found and assigned to the student, it will display in the pages that show the data inserted into the temp table, such as the 'detail' link in the Budget Term Summary section of the Create Student Budget component. The row will show the budget category and budget item, with the corresponding item amount from the budget item setup table for that item. 

With the ability to now use an equation to assign the item amount, the budget item code might be found and assigned to the student, but the amount calculated by the equation could be 0. Prior to running the Budget Move step, will the Budget Equation Process insert a row in the temp table indicating the budget category, item and 0 amount in these situations? Or will the row display without the item and amount, similar to when the budget formula does not find an item to assign?
