Faculty Preferred Name Does Not Display In Advising Notes And Advisement Reports (Doc ID 2943553.1)

Symptoms

 Even when preferred name is defined by faculty, primary name keeps showing in Advisement Notes(classic pages) and Advisement Reports.

Replication Instructions:
1.  In CS Demo database, create 2 User IDs (by copying userid PS which has all permissions) one for student and other for advisor FA0004 for Student, AA0002 for Advisor
2.  Login as AA0002 and define a Student Homepage > Profile > Personal Details - preferred name 'Papa Acosta' for Primary Name 'Paul Acosta'.
3.  Login as AA0002 and create an advisement note for FA0004 and assign it AA0002: Student Advisement > Advising Notes Add New Value.
4.  Note that the name displayed for Assigned To is Primary name. Preferred name is not displayed.
5.  Go to Self Service > Advisor Center > My Advisees
6.  At the top Preferred name displays correctly.
7.  Click on Advising Notes for Abbasi, Manan
8.  In the grid 'Created by' displays as Paul Acosta (primary name). It should display preferred name.
9.  Click on Advising Note
10. Created By' and 'Assigned To' displays Primary Name Paul Acosta. Just like 'Entered By' in grid displays Preferred Name 'Papa Acosta', for 'Created By' and 'Assigned To' fields preferred name 'Papa Acosta' should display.
11. Log in as PS/PS
12. Go to Academic Advisement > Student Advisement > Student Advisement Report
13. Go to Report Results tab for any report. Primary Name Paul Acosta displays instead of Preferred Name
14. Also, In What-If Advisement Report PDF, 'Requested By' shows Primary Name instead of Preferred Name.
15. Navigate to Academic Advisement > Student Advisement > Request Advisement Report
16. Click on Add What-If Course and define it.
17. Hit Return and Process Request and see the report PDF
18. On the report 'Requested by' shows Primary Name Paul Acosta instead of preferred name 'Papa Acosta'.
