Symptoms

When setting up an activity guide (for example, a survey) that has Context Data configured to pull a related date field, the user encounters a blank page when trying to create an instance of the activity guide. When checking a trace file, there is an error message for a caught exception.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Setup activity guide  context with related data pulling a date. Navigation: Enterprise Components > Activity Guide Composer > Activity Guide Utilities > AG Composer Contextual Data
2. Set up a tile for the AG if needed (if creating a standalone Questionnaire, for example). This is done at navigation Enterprise Components > Activity Guide Composer > Activity Guide Utilities > AG Composer Tiles
3. Try to access that tile or the page where the Activity guide context is used.
