Symptoms
"No matching values were found" while searching for "ALL" in country
Steps to reproduce the issue
---------------------------------
1. Set Up HCM > Product Related > Global Payroll & Absence Mgmt > Elements > Supporting Elements > Durations
2. Search with 'ALL' in the Country field
Changes
The customer applied GPIND - Statutory Changes for FY 2023-24Bug Id: 35042472, and facing this only on the instances where patch is applied.
