Symptoms

When attempting to create a new Voucher or Journal after implementing the Health center, the following error occurs.

ERROR
-----------------------
User is signed out of PIA with the error:
"An error has occurred.
You may attempt to sign in again"

STEPS
-----------------------
1. Enable performance monitor for setting up the Health center.
2. Try to create a Voucher, Journal or try adding a new User in the User profile page to replicate the issue.
