Delivered NOC Codes 85120 and 85121 Have Trailing Line Feed Characters

Symptoms
The delivered NOC codes 85120 and 85121 from Bug 33863358 contain trailing line feed characters. This does not impact the online usability, however, there are rogue line feeds in the reports and exported data.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Apply <Bug 33863358> from PUM 45.
2. Run the following SQL: select * from ps_can_noc_tbl where length(trim(can_noc_cd)) > 5;
Results show rows for 85120 and 85121.
