Symptoms
We applied an Peoplesoft Upgrade 8.59 in our new environment and we are seeing a higher amount in CIT being calculated.
We expected the CIT amount to be the same as 8.56 environment.
The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
1. Upgraded to 8.59 in a new environment from 8.56
