Symptoms
From Find Learning fluid tile displays "=Message NOT FOUND==> (18089, 6131)", and if click Find Learning search icon, and then click a Course title returned in the search results, receive a Peoplecode error message.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log in as a Learner
2. From fluid Employee Self Service, Find Learning tile displays a message "=Message NOT FOUND==> (18089, 6131)"
3. click Find Learning search icon
4. then click a Course title returned in the search results, receive an error message.
