Benefits Enrollment Shows No Event Available in OnBoarding Activity Guide

Symptoms
On the Benefits Enrollment step of the OnBoarding Activity Guide, there is no Event available for enrollment, but the Event does exist and can be seen on the On-Demand Event Maintenance page.
Steps to reproduce the issue:
1. Employee selects the OnBoarding tile on Employee Self Service home page.
2. Employee navigates to the Benefits Enrollment step.
3. Employee sees that there is no Event available for enrollment.
