Receiving below fatal PeopleCode SQL error on the "My Expense Reports" Fluid Page while attempting to delete an unsubmitted Expense Report:

The Errors are displayed as Pop-Up Messages:
Error 1:

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Create or use a generic Expense Report:
Navigation: Home > Expenses (Tile) > Create Expense Report (Tile)
2. Attempt to Delete the newly created Expense Report:
Navigation: Home > Expenses (Tile) > My Expense Reports (Tile)
3. Error 1 and Error 2 above are displayed as Pop-Up Messages
