Translate Table Edit Fields on the Job Record Do Not Pull Up the List of Translate Values in Fluid Job Data but It Works in Classic Job Data (Doc ID 2946205.1)

The ELIG_CONFIG4 field on the JOB record was modified to be a translate value field using a Translate Table Edit which works well on the Job Data Classic component, however on the Fluid Job Data component, the fields that are edit boxes with translate value prompts will not return the list of translate values when the magnifying glass is clicked.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. In Application Designer, modify the ELIG_CONFIG4 field on the JOB record to be a translate value field and add some translate values and save.
2. Open the JOB record and for ELIG_CONFIG4 field, set the Edits to use Table Edit > Translate Table Edit and save.
3. Log into the application as an HR Administrator.
4. Navigate to the Manage Jobs tile and search for an employee.
5. Click on Create Job Action and enter an Action/Reason.
6. Click on the Benefit Program participation step and select the prompt beside the Elig Config4 field to see there are no Translate values returned.
