View Customer Account Inquiry Shows A Balance Owing When Student Has Paid All Charges (Doc ID 2946207.1)

Some students are showing a debit balance in one or more account types for a term on the View Customer Account Inquiry.  Verification of the details of the students' accounts shows the students have paid these charges and in fact do not have any outstanding charges.  There is no excess credit in another account type, which would indicate a payment application issue.  It is expected the students' overall account balance would reflect a zero balance.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1.  Navigate to Student Financials, View Customer Accounts;
  2.  Select one of the impacted students;
  3.  Note the debit balance on one or more of the account types for a term.
