E-ES: Global Search Produces No Results for Searches in Non-English Languages (Doc ID 2946235.1)

Symptoms

Global Search produces no results for searches in non-English Languages.

Suggestions Search work as expected, showing results in the user's language. However, after hitting the 'Enter' key, there are no search results.
If the Keyword is modified to the corresponding English keyword, then search results are displayed in the results area.

The issue was reproducible in the customer site with the following steps:
1. Login in the non-English language.
2. In the Global Search field, type in a keyword in the non-English language. Note that Suggestions Search is triggered, producing results in the non-English language, as expected.
3. Hit the 'Enter' key. The Fluid Global Search component opens.
4. In the Search Results page, note that no results were found.
5. In the New Search group, at the left panel, enter the English word corresponding to the non-English keyword that was used, and click Search.
6. Note that results are displayed in the non-English language..
