Multiple Bids are Allowed When the "Multiple Bids Allowed" Option is not Selected in the Event (Doc ID 2946489.1)

Symptoms

Multiple bids are allowed when the "Multiple Bids Allowed" option is not selected on the event.


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

       1. Navigate : Sourcing > Create Events > Create Event Details
              Create an Event
              Click Event Settings and Options
              Uncheck Multiple Bids Allowed
              Add an item
              Invite Bidders
              Post the Event
       2. Log in as a Bidder in a browser and select the event
              Click bid on event
              Click next
              Enter price
              Do not Submit
       3. Log in as the same bidder in another browser and select the event
              Click Bid on Event
              Click next
              Enter price and click next
              Click Submit
              Click Ok
       4. Go back to the previous browser where we left on the submit page
              Click submit
              Click Ok
              Click Bidding Opportunities
              Select the Event

              Issue : Two bids are submitted
