Goal
Why the Justification for Change is not enforced when user can exit out and the Project status changed on Project General page?
Steps:
1. Go to Setup Financials/Supply Chain > Product Related > Program Management > General Options > Setup PGM Change Control Tmplt
2. Open a Template and set Updating Project Status as User Input
3. Go to Project Costing > Project Definitions > Define Project General Info , open a Project
4. Go to Program Management (tab) , Enable Change control and setup the same change contol template Save it.
Steps:
1. Go to Project Costing > Project Definitions > Define Project General Info
2. Open the same Project definition and re-open if already open after setup.
3. Click on Project Status link on General Information tab and change the status and save it
-- System ask for Justification of Change in next page.
4. exit out without any Justification for Change
5. Open the same Project again and recheck the Project Status.
