Students Assigned to a Third Party Contract (TPC) Have No TPC Payments Applied to Their Account (Doc ID 2947016.1)

Symptoms

After assigning a student to a Third Party Contract (TPC) there are no Third Party Contract Credits applied to Charges.

It is expected the assignment process will generate a payment to the student account.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Navigate to Student Financials > Payment Plans > Third Party Contract > Assign
  2. Query the Contract1. Assign a student to a TPC
  3. Review the student account
  4. No Third Party Contract Credits were posted
