Goal

Run Control Delete Management - Why the User ID field is missing on Delete Request page?

Navigation: Finance and Accounting > Tile Run Control Delete

After clicking the Add button, it does not have the option to select User IDs.

Reviewing the following <Document 1641843.2> there are some questions:

1. Do we need to grant this access to all users for them to show up as an USERID that is available under the admin access for deletion?
2. Is the ADMINISTRATOR role hardcoded in the code as needed to for the USERID field to be made visible? Do we need to add our own roles to this same code to make it work fo rour roles or is there some setup page where we can add our own roles?
3. We have our own roles we use here as ADMINISTRATOR role is too much access to give in production. Can we use those roles in the code like we do in other places to open up the field for USERID deletion?
