Steps To Replicate
-----------------------

1)Setup Allocation process

2)Define Allocation Group
Main Menu > Allocations > Define and Perform Allocations > Define Allocation Group
3)Create some journals to be able to run allocation process
Main Menu > General Ledger > Journals > Journal Entry > Create/Update Journal Entries
4) Enable Journal Source Security with Period End Cut Off day
Main Menu > Set Up Financials/Supply Chain > Security > Journal Source Security BU
Main Menu > Set Up Financials/Supply Chain > Security > Journal Source Security Role (uncheck Override Period End Cutoff)
Main Menu > Set Up Financials/Supply Chain > Security > Journal Source Security User (uncheck Override Period End Cutoff)
Main Menu > Set Up Financials/Supply Chain > Common Definitions > Journals > Journal Source Security > Period-End Cutoff Schedule
No journal will posted with journal date > 07 Sep 2022 and having journal source ALO
5) Allocation process is run after 07th Sep 2022 with "Do not Generate Allocation" option at Allocation Output Step
Main Menu > Allocations > Define and Perform Allocations > Request Allocation
6) Check Allocation process and read the log message for FS_ALCC and Journal Security log
FS_ALLC log message: Unit "US001", Ledger Group "RECORDING": Journals Posted: 0; UnPosted: 0; Reversals Created: 0. (5830,6)
Journal Security log: US001 ALO0000003 2022-09-13 Descr:Period End Cut off date has passed
This is the correct behaviour of the system!
7) Now, enable Generate Reversal Journal with "End of Next Period" at Allocation Step, Output Options Tab
8) Run Allocation process again with As of Date 13th Sep 2022 after Period End Cutoff Day is enabled

Journal Security log: US001 ALO00I0001 2022-09-13 Descr:Period End Cut off date has passed
Restricts posting journal just like allocation with non-reversal case. But Created Journal with Post incomplete status
