Symptoms
The Online Confirmation Statements process runs successfully when only online statements are being produced, but the process fails if they are to be printed.
Steps to reproduce the issue:
1. Run the confirmation statements for an employee for online only (Navigation: Benefits > Manage Automated Enrollment > Participant Enrollment > Online Confirmation Statements).
2. See that the process completes successfully.
3. Run the confirmation statements for online and print (Navigation: Benefits > Manage Automated Enrollment > Participant Enrollment > Online Confirmation Statements).
4. See the error in the .stdout file.
