ETL92: Jobcode Field is Blank on Fluid Print Timesheet Output

Symptoms
It appears when fluid user clicks Print Timesheet from the Timesheet page the printed Timesheet is displaying with a blank Jobcode value.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Manager Self Service > Team Time > Enter Time > select an employee (KU0004)
2. Select "Print Timesheet" button/link from Enter Time page - "Jobcode" field is left blank.
