Creating 1042-S Forms on Campus Solutions

Goal
Tax regulations require institutions to withhold tax on excess scholarships (scholarships received above tuition and required fees) for non-resident alien students. In addition, the regulation indicates a 1042-S form needs to be produced for the student and the IRS (Internal Revenue Service).
Campus Solutions does not currently have this functionality, requiring a custom process to be developed.
Does Oracle have any partners or integrations to third party vendors in the 1042-S space?. The ideal solution would be a third party product that could be bolted into Campus Solutions.
