Will the Washington Quarterly Reporting TAX815WA file be updated to include LTC per new specs released by the state of Washington?

Washington State has released new file specs so that the PFML and LTC information can be uploaded on the same file.
Will the TAX815WA and/or TAX815WA be modified to include those changes? The link to the new specs can be found here:
