After inserting a new effective dated row on the Course Catalog, and navigating to the GL Interface tab, click on the 'Jrnl Set Chartfields' link.  Make a change to the Chartfields for the new effective date and tab out of the field.   The following error message is displayed.

The GL Interface Required box is checked on on the Offerings tab of the course.

Since a new effective dated row is being added, correction mode should not be required to update the chartfield information on the GL Interface tab.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1.  Navigate to Curriculum Management, Course Catalog, Course Catalog;
2.  Search and select any course that appears in the search results;
3.  Click the + sign on the Catalog tab to insert a new effective dated row;
4.  Navigate to the GL Interface tab;
5.  On the new effective dated row, select the Jrnl Set Chartfields link;
6.  Make a change to the chartfield setup, such as entering a chartfield value;
7.  Tab out of the field;
8.  The error message is displayed.
