Symptoms

When opening the PeopleSoft login page of a refreshed environment, the following error is observed in the browser.

Error:
"THE SITE BOOTED WITH INTERNAL DEFAULT SETTINGS BECAUSE THE WEBPROFILE WAS NOT FOUND IN THE DATABASE".

The issue was reproducible in the customer site with the following steps:
1. Open the PeopleSoft login page.
2. Observe the error in the browser.

Changes

The environment with the issue was refreshed from Production.
