EPY: CAN: CPP Tax Was Not Taken Due to Zero Months on Employee Tax Data CAN (Doc ID 2949373.1)

Goal

CPP Tax did not get taken in the first quarter of 2023 due to the CPP/QPP subject to months was set to 0 for few employees in the Employee Tax Data CAN by mistake.  There was no CPP Taxable gross is also not recorded in the system for CPP eligible earnings.

Is there any way to collect the the CPP tax amounts on the eligible earnings for CPP on the missing pay periods?
