E-WF: Worklist Navigator '+' Drill-down Button Not Expanding and Unresponsive After PeopleTools 8.59 Upgrade (Doc ID 2950294.1)

Symptoms

After upgrading from PeopleTools 8.59.06 to 8.59.15, users are not able to access their Worklist Navigator items from the Navigator Homepage. There are no errors. No response when clicking the '+' button. Same issue when using any browser, Chrome, Firefox, Edge.

Sample Replication
---------------------------

1. From the HomePage, access the Navigator Bar and navigate to Worklist > Workflow Navigator
2. Click the '+' to expand the navigator tree branch/branches.
3. Issue occurs - nothing happens, it's unresponsive and the navigation tree does not expand.

Changes

 Upgrading to 8.59.15.
