Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

When attempting to schedule a PS Query in Business Process Weaver and then trying to access the Run control in the Business Process Run control, the following error occurs:
Even though the Users are not able to see the run control, if the runcontrol exits, the BPW runs.

"Field does not exist - QUERY_RUN_XFER.PRIVATE_QUERY_FLAG (180,104) QUERY_RUN_CNTRL.OPRID.RowInit PCPC:201 Statement:6

A reference to a record.field name was made and the record.field was not found to exist. Verify that the field exists on the page in which the PeopleCode program is being executed.
Review the program for errors. If necessary, run a PeopleCode trace to determine the program that failed."

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Setup a Business Process Task Registry (Setup Financial>Common Definitions> Business Process Weaver>Business Process Task Registry) that includes a Process Name=PSQUERY and Item Name=SCHEDQUERY
2. Configure Business Process Definition (Setup Financial>Common Definitions> Business Process Weaver>Business Process Definition) and included the task Id defined in step1.
3. Configure the Business Process Run Control ( Background Processes>Business Process Weaver>Business Process Run Control)
4. Now click on the Run Control Setup icon.
5. The error occurs
