EAP: Accounts Payable WorkCenter My Work Count Not Matching Right Side Grid Results Count After Upgrading to 9.2 PUM Image 43 (Doc ID 2950723.1)

Symptoms

When clicking the Match Exceptions Exist link from the Accounts Payable WorkCenter, the My Work count in the left of the page is different from the results returned on the right side grid after upgrading to PUM Image 43. Correcting the filter to Business Unit, as per setting in the User Filter, the correct count will display. The Classic navigation for the Accounts Payable WorkCenter, returns the correct amount of rows on both sides of the page.


STEPS
--------

1. Enterprise Components > WorkCenter/Dashboards > Configure Pagelets > Configuration ID = AP

2. My Work Tab > My Work Groups > Group Label = Pending Activities > listed is Match Exceptions Exist using Filter ID = AP_WB_E

3. Query of PS_FSFB_FLTRVALS for specific OPRID is tied to FILTER_ID = AP_WB_E

4. OPRID navigates to Home page > Payables Operations > Payables WorkCenter Tile

5. Under My Work column on left side of page, Match Exceptions Exist = 25

6. When the Match Exceptions Exist link is clicked, the Match Workbench results on right side of page lists only 21 rows of data

7. A PC/SQL trace shows the page is using the filter view from PS_EOWC_VIEWBY_VAL and not PS_FSFB_FLTRVALS
