Manage Absences Balance Related Content Section Display Issues (Doc ID 2950940.1)

When accessing the Manage Absences page from Employee Self Service Time tile, there is a Related Content display for Balances and the Holiday Calendar (right side of the screen). As delivered, they are maintained by one scroll bar, located to the right of the vertically positioned sections.  Some users report the Balance Related Content section is individually bordered on the bottom and right by inactive scroll bars.

Steps to reproduce:

• Employee signs into system.
• Employee clicks Time tile>Manage Absences tile.
• The Manage Absences page displays Related Content for Balances and Holiday Calendar.
• The Balances section displays as follows:

The scroll bars are inactive. Users must click on "Balances" to view the details.
