Symptoms
When the user attempts to run the TCSI Student Data Process (SSR_HM_STDNT) Application Engine Process, the following error occurred.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Main Menu > Records and Enrollment > Enrollment Reporting > AUS Regulatory Reporting > TCSI > TCSI Student Data Process
2. Add a New Run Control ID & Enter the Details
2. Select SA-HELP Loans= Y
3. Run SSR_HM_STDNT Application Engine Process
