How to Batch Update Charge Priority on Posted Financial Aid Item Types not Yet Disbursed (Doc ID 2951543.1)

If a Financial Aid Item Type is posted, and then the Charge Priority value is changed on the setup for the Item Type prior to disbursement, the Item Types will need to be re-posted to reflect the new Charge Priority prior to Disbursement.

The field on STDNT_AWARDS is not available to use with Population Update, and using External Awards does not work as it replaces the same item type row rather than adding a new row, in the manner that it works to update the item type manually.

Is there another procedure that will work to update these item types in batch, and will the change have any impacts if it's done before disbursement?
