Submit Button Active on Event Date Page of Life Event if Employee Returns to the Step a Second Time (Doc ID 2951598.1)

After an employee submits the Event Date in a Life Event, he/she navigates to another step and then returns to the Event Date step. The Submit button is again active although the date has already been submitted.

Steps to reproduce the issue:

     1. Employee begins Life Event (Navigation: Employee Self Service home page > Benefit Details tile > Life Events tile).
     2. Employee submits Event Date.
     3. Employee moves to another step.
     4. Employee returns to the Event Date step.
     5. See that the Submit button is again active.
