Job Compensation data not updated by GSS Ad Hoc Salary Transaction
Steps to reproduce the issue :

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Manager Self Service > My Team
2. Click the actions for an Employee Compensation> Request Ad Hoc Salary Change
3. Click on Reason: Promotion
5. Enter Change Percentage: 10 and click on Next
6. Submit
7. As approver click Approvals Tile > Click on Salary Change Details on transaction
8. Compensation Amounts are showing as zero.
