EGL9.2: Period Close Visualization Does Not Display All Business Units.

Symptoms
Period Close Visualization does not display all Business Units. It appears that it only shows a maximum of Business Units under a node.
Steps to replicate:
1. Define a BU Tree with 27 BUs it it. (Tree Manager > Tree Manager)
2. Go to Period Close Visualization preferences. (My Preferences > General Ledger > Period Close Visualization)
3. Click Period Close Visualization tile.
4. Click View Visualization button.
For the test, there are 27 GL Business Units in total, but only 20 of those are displayed.
