Symptoms

When attempting to bring up a specific Paycheck Number, the Search in Review Actuals Distribution is taking between 20 seconds to 1 minute to return a search.

Steps to Reproduce
1. Navigate to: Payroll for North America > Payroll Distribution > Commitment Accounting USA > Review Actuals Distribution
2. Enter the Paycheck Number as the only field to search on
3. Click Search
4. The search takes a long time to return.
