ExcelToCI DC_PENDITEM_CI Exchange Rate Overwritten by the system when uploading Pending Items
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Upload pending item using ExcelToCI2007.xlsm spread sheet / DC_PENDITEM_CI file using Rate Multiplier as 4.5
2. Navigate to Accounts Receivable / Online Items / Pending item and open the pending item just uploaded
System is overriding the user provided exchange rate with market rate from the system.
