Symptoms
When attempting to enroll using the FLUID Enroll by my Requirements a message is returned to the user on the page.
The student's Program is associated with multiple Institutions.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
- Navigate to Curriculum Management > Enrollment Requirements > Requirement Group Report > Requirement Group Report
- Generate the Academic Requirements Report
- Login as a student and click the Manage Classes tile
- Click the Enroll by My Requirements link
- The page shows the message: The Academic Requirements report is not available.
