Symptoms
The following business request has been reported involving the change of the delivered Text ID “SELECT_EVENT”:
When inserting a Life Event image in the Maintain Text Catalog, Text ID “SELECT_EVENT”, the HTML code added is not showing the image.
Steps to replicate the issue:
1. Navigate to Setup HCM> Product Related >eBenefits > Maintain Text Catalog - eBenefits and fill in the below fields:
· Owner ID – HEB
· SUB ID= LE
· Text ID – SELECT_EVENT
· Effective date :
2. In the section "Context Keys and Text" the below HTML code is added.
3. Notice under "HTML VIEW" that the image is not displayed.
Changes
HTML code is added to Text ID "SELECT_EVENT".
